Rhys and Connor's Lego Bridge
We've built a suspension bridge. A suspension bridge is good for cars travelling across and for going across rivers. The large wire cables help keep the bridge stable so it doesn't collapse. We've built a ramp so cars can easily travel up and down. We've also attached a crane to our bridge to help out with crashes or fires.

Lego Bridges
Great excitement in Pohutukawa this afternoon as we started to build our Lego Bridges. Our bridges must hold 10 weights, be earthquake resistant, must be easily accessed by cars and other vehicles and must be creatively designed. This activity proved to be a great test of our problem solving and cooperative skills.
