"Word Circus" Interactive Poetry Show

Greg O'Connell from The School of Young Writers entertained us with several poems he has written many of which are published in the School Journals.  It was a great show with everyone taking part.

Treasures Inquiry Term 1, 2015

This is Sean's treasure, taonga.  He has had his teddy since he was little.  For our inquiry topic this term we are to write about and present information about our treasure. Inquiry work is based around questions - Who? What? When? Where? Why? How?

Our inquiry work can be done as a display poster/board, slide show, using an artist's canvas, diorama or even a movie.  Our inquiry information will be shared with each other in the last week of Term 1.

Fantastic wares at Paddy's Market.  What a treat!  The judges - Mrs Coleman, Mrs Keats and Mrs Purtle were very full after they did all the marking.
